He authored the “Scratching the DARNSCARSS of Diversity”, a strategic primer for developing diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility programs with an emphasis on creating an intentionally inclusive culture and adopting the related work as a business imperative. The DARNSCARSS framework includes considerations for the 'otherness' in the - Differently abled, Age, Race, National origin/ESL, Sex, Color, Armed services status, Religion, Sexual orientation/marital status, and Socioeconomic affinity groups. This evidence-based primer provides an approach to approaching strategic design and transforming organizations to being be more inclusive and productive, leveraging the nuances of a more diverse and broader labor market.
